Dhaybitsuku
Dhaybitsuku is a tribal country that is ruled by a council of the most powerful men and women of faith in the country. Dhaybitsuku is a strict theocracy.
Dhaybitsuku is located south of Lichtholm and West of Kemashk
After the events of Year 0 many of the survivors that saw the gods traveled as far away from where they where fighting. They traveled south until they hit the ocean. Due to having a large population of people who had directly witnessed the events that created The Bay of Light most of the people became strong followers of the gods out of fear.
Some time in Year 453 the tribal leaders scorched all of to the water and mountains around Dhaybitsuku to ensure the rising aggression between The Republic and Lichtholm would not pour into their land.

Government
Dhaybitsuku has a theocratic aristocracy. At the highest level of government each religious organization elects a representative to a council in Shintogawa. This council deals with all international affairs and sets foreign policy. Country wide policy can change quickly and without notice as council members change, but due to similar goals of each person who its sent to the council.
At a city level the local churches, temples, septs, and shrines sort out issues. Religious leaders settle punishments when followers of one deity commit crimes against another and the punishments are not equivalent offenses.
Culture
Citizens of Dhaybitsuku spend their lives in service to their God first and Dhaybitsuku second. The primary goal is to make Dhaybitsuku the strongest nation in the world while still tending to the natural laws of their gods. They govern based on the believes and teachings of their gods and have a fairly decentralized structure of leadership. Followers of each god tend to separate into caste's or tribes to serve their god better and their country second.
Adulthood Traditions
In Dhaybitsuku when citizens reach adulthood they start a 2 year period of civil service to the country. During that time religious leaders organize needs of localities and arrange for missions. The individuals that have reached adulthood and the leaders organizing them take this opportunity to spread the honor of their god.
Missions to other nations
The Republic is a very atheistic country and has fairly open borders to Dhaybitsuku along trade routes. It is common that young adults are organized on missions to attempt to convert citizens of The Republic. During schooling young Dhaybitsuku children are thought the basic laws and governing structure of The Republic to avoid being killed there in the future.
Crusades
Kemashk is usually raiding across the mountain range to the east but rarely makes it deep into Dhaybitsuku. For the honor of their Gods and Dhaybitsuku young adults will form crusades against aggressive foes and bring missionaries of pacifist gods convert the local populations.
Honor Guard
Adults who make deeper commitments to their gods may find themselves as honor guards to religious leaders during their civil service. This is especially important when internal conflict may cause short civil wars based on religious affiliation.
Alphabet and Language
The Dhaybitsukans generally speak common but use a unique alphabet compared to other human civilizations.
Due to the religious culture and the practices around specific deities additional languages and alphabets, scripts or notations are used within those subsets.
Defenses
Along Dhaybistuku's borders 50 to 100 miles of land has been scorched and desecrated. Necromancers and followers of Awlmat maintain this line with hordes of undead. Due to the undead and scorched land there are very few towns or settlements near the border of Dhaybitsuku. Those wishing to travel in and out of Dhaybitsuku by foot should carry a weeks supply with them and their own shelter as the undead that patrol that land do not need for nor shelter.
There are a few Lich followers of Awlmat who are generals of the national army of Dhaybitsuku. They frequently walk the borders of Dhaybitsuku killing any one in the Scorched Lands.
Racial Makeup
Dhaybitsuku has a diverse population where the majority is still human much like The Republic and Lichtholm. A noticeable difference in their population is a sizable community of Aasimar and Tiefling.
