The Orcs of Kemashk and the Hobgoblins of Sihngari are constantly waging war with each other for no other reason than to display power and their lust for battle.
Some times the countries will invade their neighbor states pillage resources for war or to attempt to show strength to the other. This lead to Lictholm putting a standing army on its eastern border and Dhaybitsuku scorching the earth into uninhabitable swamp on its eastern border as well.
