Government
Proudon has very little government. Most of its government mandates trade and contract laws and its court system exists to settle contract disputes.
Military
Proudon has a proud seafaring culture and has the largest naval force in the World. Due to its libertarian ideals this is almost entirely composed of privateers with a letter of marque.
