The Ruby Arrow is owned by a Halfling Ellet Bexley.
Location
In a residential quarter, surrounded by narrow alleys and decent row houses. The street outside is lined with a simple iron fence.
Description
The inn is a large two-story timber framed building, with a slate roof and vaulted ceilings. Accommodations consist of several large rooms with beds and feather mattresses. A cellar below is used for storing extra food, drink and goods the inn uses.
