Nightwell is the largest trade hub in The Republic.
Nightwell is also a City State of the Republic allowing it to have extra autonomy from the federal government.

History
Location
Nightwell is positioned roughly 1 week from the border of "Dwarf Land," Steelport and Republic City. It is also well distanced from the border with Lichtholm. Due to its location it rapidly grew as a trade hub and stock pile of arms, trade goods, and magical items.
Government
Nightwell's government consists of a city council and a Mayor elected by the local population. The city council comes up with new legislation and the mayor has the power to vote or approve any new legislation.
Nightwell uses The Republic's military to enforce the laws and run the normal military tribunal.
