Reapers take what ever appearance their god desires. Some may blend into an environment or others may look like a grotesque apparition, some may just look like smaller Grim Reapers.

Reapers can remove the soul from mortal when they are in close proximity. Travel between planes freely including planes created by gods for keeping the souls of their followers. Reapers can move mortals between planes.
